Since our work is service-based and not physical goods, our refund and return policy is defined as follows:
1. No Physical Returns
We do not sell physical products. Therefore, returns of goods are not applicable. All services provided by Webaford are digital in nature.
2. Refund Policy
Once a service is purchased, work is initiated immediately. Hence, refunds are generally not offered after the project has started.
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
If the project has not been started yet.
If Webaford is unable to deliver the agreed service due to unforeseen reasons.
Any refund, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation of a service within 24 hours of purchase, provided work has not begun.
Once project work or customization has started, cancellations are not possible.
4. Advance Payments
For projects requiring advance payments, the advance fee is non-refundable, as it covers initial planning and resource allocation.
5. Service Delivery Issues
If you face any issue with the delivery of our services, you must contact us immediately.
We will work with you to resolve the issue through revisions, corrections, or alternative solutions before considering a refund.
